Jeffrey Frankel and Karl Denninger join host Dennis Tubbergen

On this week’s Everything Financial Radio host Dennis Tubbergen  @DennisTubbergen talks with Jeffrey Frankel and Karl Denninger.

Jeffrey Alexander “Jeff” Frankel   is the James W. Harpel Professor of Capital Formation and Growth at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. A member of the Council of Economic Advisers under President Bill Clinton, Frankel is a noted international macroeconomist. Frankel’s contributions include showing econometrically that openness is good for economic growth, by means of a gravity model of trade (with David Romer).

Frankel directs the Program in International Finance and Macroeconomics at the National Bureau of Economic Research and is also on the Business Cycle Dating Committee, which officially declares US recessions.

Karl Denninger @tickerguy is an American technology businessman, finance blogger, and author.  His most recent book is Leverage: How Cheap Money Will Destroy the World .  Denninger is a founding contributor to the libertarian-oriented finance blog market-ticker.org, and has used the internet to bring attention to his concerns with the financial system.
